Studio Policies

Advance Booking: Sessions should be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. Sessions are not guaranteed until payment is received.

Session Times: Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without rate adjustment.

Extended Sessions: If you need additional time, please notify us during your session. Extended time is subject to availability and standard rates.

First 120 Minutes: Full refund if cancelled in the first 120 minutes.

3 Days Notice: Full refund if cancelled up to 3 days before session.

Within 24 Hours: No refunds within 24 hours of session.

Other Cases: Partial refund of 50% otherwise.

Respect the Space: Please treat our equipment and facility with care. Any damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.

Food & Beverages: Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please keep food away from equipment.

Guest Policy: Up to 4 additional guests are welcome during sessions. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. Designated outdoor areas are available.

Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment processing fees may apply.

Session Payment: Remaining balance is due at the end of your session before receiving final recordings.

Project Packages: Multi-session packages require 50% upfront with remaining balance due before final delivery.

Late Payments: Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees and suspension of services until resolved.

Your Music: You retain all rights to your original compositions and performances. We claim no ownership of your creative work.

Recording Rights: You own the master recordings created during your session upon full payment.

Portfolio Use: We may request permission to use excerpts of your work for promotional purposes with your explicit consent.

Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not share your unreleased material without written permission.
