Important information about booking, payments, cancellations, and studio guidelines

Booking & Scheduling
Advance Booking: We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for evening and weekend sessions.
Payment Required: Full payment is required in advance to secure your session. Your time slot is not reserved until payment is received.
Session Times: Your session begins at the scheduled start time, not your arrival time. Late arrivals will not be credited or extended.
Overtime: Sessions that run past the scheduled end time are billed hourly and are subject to studio availability and approval.
Cancellation & Refunds
First 120 Minutes: Full refund if canceled within 120 minutes of booking.
3 Days Notice: Full refund if canceled at least 3 days before your session.
24 Hours or Less: No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your session.
All Other Cases: A 50% refund applies to cancellations made between 24 hours and 3 days before the session.
Studio Guidelines
Respect the Space: Please treat the studio, equipment, and property with care. Any damage caused during your session may be charged to the booking client, including repair or replacement costs.
Drinks: Drinks are allowed on the center table only. No drinks are permitted near the studio desk or equipment at any time.
Guest Policy: A maximum of 4 guests is permitted per session, in addition to the booking client. The booking client is responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
Payment Terms
Direct Payments: We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.
Website Checkout: Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer, Affirm, and Klarna are accepted through our website.
Online Processing: All online payments are securely processed through our website via EngineEars, using trusted, industry-standard payment providers.
PayPal Fee: PayPal payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Additional Policies
Noise Policy: Sound Shuttle Studios is located in a residential area. No excessive noise, shouting, or disruptive behavior is allowed outside the studio.
Quiet Hours: After 9:00 PM, strict quiet hours are enforced outdoors. Clients and guests must enter and exit the property quietly, especially during late-night sessions.
Noise Enforcement: Clients will receive one warning if noise guidelines are not followed. Continued violations may result in a $300 disturbance fee and/or immediate termination of the session without refund.
Conduct & Safety: Unsafe, disruptive, or excessively intoxicated behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
File Responsibility: Clients are responsible for backing up their files at the end of each session. Sound Shuttle Studios is not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files after the session has ended.
Parking & Arrival
Driveway Entrance: The driveway entrance is next to a gray shed. The driveway is long, and the house is not visible from the street.
Parking Instructions: When entering the driveway, keep to the right and park in designated areas only.
Do Not Block Access: Please do not block the circle driveway.
Grass & Pavement: Do not park on grass or off pavement.
Agreement
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Sound Shuttle Studios policies outlined above.
